Job Title: Account Executive, Client Services

Reporting to: Account Director, Client Services

Overview of the job

This role involves working directly with high-profile clients and social platforms. You will collaborate with teams in London and Riyadh, and report to the Senior Account Director, managing relationships with influencers across various verticals.

Measures of success

In the first few months, you will:

  • Meet the team: Have 1:1 meetings with your manager and colleagues to build rapport and understand your role within the organization.
  • Familiarize yourself with key processes: Focus on master documents, reporting, and creator selection procedures.
  • Learn our key systems: Use Slack, G-drive, IQ, and Waves effectively.
  • Establish creator communication: Identify creators, contact and negotiate with them, and onboard them to Waves.

Creator management:

  • Draft contracts, work on creator briefs, manage creator lists, negotiate outreach, and manage creator communications.
  • Support minimal client interaction by answering questions and assisting with client communications via calls and email.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day creator and branded content campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Meta, and Snap.
  • Review creator content to ensure it meets campaign requirements.

Expertise and relationships:

  • Build and nurture relationships with creators and talent agencies.
  • Support strategic creator research, vetting, sourcing, and outreach to ensure relevance and diversity.
  • Manage campaigns via Waves, including uploads and payments.
  • Ensure campaigns are correctly set up across platforms like TikTok Creator Marketplace and Monday.com.
  • Assist Account Managers with campaign updates and reporting.
  • Contribute to end-of-campaign reports to exceed client expectations.
  • Support partner events and workshops.
