About the Role
Join the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant as a Senior Maintenance Supervisor leading instrumentation maintenance and troubleshooting activities. You will ensure compliance with nuclear safety standards regulatory requirements and operational policies while driving reliability safety and costefficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert supervision and guidance on maintenance scopes complex troubleshooting engineering evaluations operability determinations and operational decisionmaking.
- Lead instrumentation inspection and overhaul through planning execution and post closeout phases.
- Deliver toolbox talks prejob briefs safety connects and safetyrelated messages to promote a strong safety culture.
- Plan organise and execute work within scope to meet performance and productivity targets.
- Ensure quality standards by implementing procedures and collaborating with quality engineers to resolve issues.
- Manage firstline disciplinary grievance and performance matters effectively.
- Demonstrate leadership and sound knowledge of mechanical fitting activities and company policies.
- Follow and enforce Health Safety Security Crisis Management and Business Continuity policies.
- Provide technical support during offnormal equipment investigations to ensure safe plant operations.
- Assist Shutdown Management in developing major equipment maintenance windows.
- Prioritise maintenance work to optimise resources and report results to engineering management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in Nuclear Power Plant outage environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Experience in general maintenance and Instrumentation & Control (I&C) activities on primary and secondary sides.
- Strong knowledge of nuclear regulatory requirements safety standards and environmental protection.
- Proven troubleshooting skills for complex instrumentation and control systems.
- Excellent leadership decisionmaking and communication skills.
- Relevant technical or engineering qualification preferred.
