Job Summary:

Al Mina Marble is seeking a meticulous and proactive Porcelain Specification Manager to oversee and manage the technical specifications of our porcelain tile offerings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of porcelain manufacturing, quality standards, and application guidelines. This role is crucial in ensuring our products meet client requirements and industry standards, supporting our sales and project teams with accurate technical information. Responsibilities and Duties:

Technical Expertise: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Caesarstone porcelain product range, including their technical specifications, variations, and applications.

Specification Development: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical specifications, datasheets, and installation guidelines for all porcelain products.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that porcelain products meet relevant quality standards, conduct quality checks, and collaborate with suppliers to address any quality-related issues.

Client Consultation: Provide technical support and guidance to clients, architects, designers, and contractors on porcelain product selection, specifications, and installation best practices.

Project Support: Collaborate closely with the sales and project teams to understand project requirements and provide accurate technical specifications to support successful project execution.

Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain organized records of product specifications, certifications, test reports, and other relevant technical documentation.

Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, new porcelain technologies, and competitor product offerings.

Training and Presentations: Develop and deliver technical training sessions to internal teams and external stakeholders on porcelain product specifications and applications.

Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve technical queries and issues related to porcelain products.

Compliance: Ensure all product specifications and documentation comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong understanding of porcelain manufacturing processes, quality control, and testing procedures.

Excellent technical writing and communication skills.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience 3-5 years or more,

Driving license mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working with porcelain tiles in the Middle East market.

Familiarity with relevant international standards and certifications.
