MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To plan and coordinate the training and assessment of Airport staff in both Dubai and the outstations ensuring consistency of training content and delivery throughout the flydubai network in a cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports the delivery of a customer centric training program which involves organizing and coordinating all training programs, orientation, induction and staff competency training.
- Collates and analyzes the readiness of employees after the conclusion of the training as per the Learning Management System (LMS) rating system.
- Monitors employee feedback on the training programs and provides recommendations to Management.
- Ensures that all training materials, equipment and workspaces are organized and prepared for training.
- Enters inspections and incidents reports into the database issue weekly incident report lists and assists in developing safety related reports.
- Supports development of forms, safety theme topics and training materials.
- Develops a schedules of training courses to assist the trainers in delivering training in an organized and timely manner, such as travel related approvals and requirements.
- Follows up and ensures that the employee certification is up to date and proactively applies for any renewals necessary.
- Communicates training plans and resources based on training needs.

Isr Requirements
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
