Job description

The Brand Director will serve as the strategic bridge between the Fitness Division and Corporate Marketing, reporting directly to the Senior Creative Director. This role will drive brand positioning, visibility, and strategic brand design across all Fitness brands. The Brand Director is tasked with leading the assurance of group brand guidelines while working closely with various marketing managers to grow and strengthen brand presence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the brand strategy and execution across multiple brands including FNG / FC, Wellfit, and The Platform Studios.
  • Drive the development and refinement of the overarching brand proposition.
  • Ensure strategic alignment between the Fitness Division and Corporate Marketing efforts, specifically in brand design and visibility.
  • Oversee and enforce group brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints and communication.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Managers to implement strategic initiatives, campaigns, and marketing materials that reflect the brand's vision and values.
  • Lead the development of creative, data-driven marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, recognition, and loyalty.
  • Manage the implementation of brand initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Track brand performance through metrics and KPIs to evaluate the impact of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Champion creative excellence in all brand-related initiatives.

Key Collaborations :

  • Marketing Manager, FNG / FC / Wellfit / The Platform Studios
  • Work with COO – FnG / FC, Wellfit and Head of Platform Studios Operations and Performance at times as per mandate and business requirements.
  • Fitness division CEO on brands growth expectations and strategic initiatives

KPIs and Measures :

  • Achievement of brand-specific KPIs set with Marketing Managers.
  • Brand growth and increased recognition in targeted markets.
  • Successful implementation of brand guidelines across multiple channels.
  • Increased consumer engagement and loyalty metrics.
  • Positive brand sentiment and improved brand recall.

Qualifications and Competencies :

  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale brand strategy development and execution.
  • Strong understanding of brand design, guidelines, and strategic communication.
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive results through influence.
