Job Title: Telesales Executive Real Estate (Primary & Secondary Market)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up appointments for the sales team across both the primary (off-plan) and secondary (ready-to-move-in) property markets. If you have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from the database and inbound inquiries
  • Promote both off-plan and ready properties based on client needs
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for property consultants
  • Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, and availability
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with lead status and feedback
  • Follow up with prospects regularly to build a pipeline
  • Collaborate with sales agents to ensure smooth client handovers
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment targets

Requirements:

  • Proven telesales or telemarketing experience (real estate preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai's primary and secondary property market is a plus
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Fluency in English (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or other languages is a plus)
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain positive
  • Organized, target-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills
