Summary

The Policy Management Officer role involves working in a dynamic environment, managing a portfolio of Corporate Clients. Candidates will act as the company's face, collaborating with colleagues to ensure client and broker needs are met during contract administration and renewal processes.

Main Tasks

  1. Be a strong team player with good communication skills.
  2. Be flexible and eager to learn new skills.
  3. Respond to external and internal client requests via email within our 24-hour SLA.
  4. Process 50+ emails daily and handle additional tasks.
  5. Serve as the main contact for assigned group schemes, Sales Managers, and brokers.
  6. Build positive, professional relationships with internal clients, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
