Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable CCTV Technician to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems and related security equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, cameras, and related security equipment
2. Perform regular inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of systems
3. Troubleshoot technical issues and repair or replace faulty components
4. Run cable pathways and manage wiring for camera systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
5. Ensure proper placement and angle adjustments for optimal coverage and functionality
6. Integrate CCTV systems with other security technologies (e.g., access control, alarm systems)
7. Maintain documentation of installations, service records, and configurations
8. Provide technical support and training to clients on system usage
9. Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
10. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients for timely execution
11. Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in surveillance systems

Requirements

1. Diploma or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field
2. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance
3. Familiarity with various CCTV brands and networking protocols (IP-based systems, DVR/NVR)
4. Basic knowledge of IT networking, cabling, and power systems
5. Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and user manuals
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
7. Good communication and customer service skills
8. Valid UAE driving license is preferred
9. Flexibility to work at different sites across the UAE and occasionally after hours
