Job Summary :

As a Sales Representative at MATH FINANCIAL GROUP, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  3. Sales Process: Guide clients through the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
  4. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  5. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to address client needs effectively and handle objections.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  7. Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
Requirements
Qualifications :
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 0-1 years of experience in sales, preferably in Financial, Banking, or Real Estate sectors.
