Investalet Homes Real Estate L.L.C. is a boutique, high-performance real estate firm in Dubai, known for its bold culture and Million Dirham agents. We’re looking for a drivenSales Managerwith strong off-plan sales experience to lead and grow our dynamic team focused on Dubai’s thriving off-plan market.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a diverse team of 5-10 brokers, balancing a mix of freshers and experienced agents.
- Focus on coaching and developing fresh talent, building their confidence and off-plan sales skills.
- Drive sales performance, helping the entire team consistently exceed targets through strategic mentoring.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies tailored specifically to the off-plan sector.
- Provide hands-on, daily leadership that creates a high-energy, results-driven sales environment.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of Dubai real estate experience, with a strong focus on off-plan sales
- Proven leadership experience managing brokers or sales teams within the off-plan market
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in off-plan projects
- Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills
- Confident, high-energy leader who leads by example and inspires their team
- Deep understanding of Dubai’s off-plan market dynamics and developer relationships
