We seek Emirati nationals with senior-level experience in Marketing and Communications. Below are the role details:

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of business plans, ensuring alignment with other business units.

Operational Responsibilities

Governance

  • Participate in developing and implementing work policies and procedures.

Operations

  • Develop and maintain the organisation's identity and brand, ensuring consistency with strategic goals.
  • Create internal and external marketing and PR plans, activating them in line with the institutional identity.
  • Organise media events, manage media relations, and handle crises per organisational policies.
  • Manage media sponsorships and advertising efforts to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Oversee social media accounts and website content, ensuring standards are met.
  • Monitor and analyse media coverage and publicity efforts.
  • Supervise research and projects on customer satisfaction and opinion.
  • Prepare and edit press releases, newsletters, reports, and other publications.
  • Perform tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Project Management

  • Implement projects and initiatives according to approved criteria, timelines, and budgets.

Supervision

  • Monitor staff performance, provide support, and promote ongoing development.
  • Guide and train staff, facilitate knowledge sharing, and prepare staff for media interactions.
  • Identify and develop keynote speakers for events and media presence.

Risk Management

  • Coordinate risk management efforts and implement corrective actions to enhance performance.
