Emiratization Manager - Human Capitalto join
Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Develop and implement comprehensive Emiratization strategies aligned with organizational goals, national policies, and compliance requirements; regularly report progress to senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Design and manage recruitment initiatives to attract Emirati talent, including partnerships with educational institutions, career fairs, and other outreach programs.
- Oversee tailored training, development, and mentorshipprograms to support the career growth, retention, and integration of Emirati employees within the organization.
- Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with government agencies, educational entities, and industry partners to enhance Emiratization efforts.
- Create and update Emiratization-related policies and procedures to reflect best practices and ensure alignment with legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of Emiratization programs, ensuring measurable outcomes, sustainability, and alignment with evolving business needs.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on nationalization programs and talent development.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Leadership and team management skills.
