Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Manager to lead and grow our client base in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our core services including Business Setup, Accounting & Bookkeeping, Taxation, and Compliance Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and digital outreach
  • Promote and sell KLOUDAC's full range of services including:
  • ? Business Setup (Mainland & Free Zone)
  • ? Accounting & Bookkeeping
  • ? Corporate Tax and VAT Services
  • ? Compliance and Regulatory Advisory
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and consultations to understand their business needs
  • Prepare and follow up on customized proposals, service agreements, and quotations
  • Work closely with the internal operations and onboarding team to ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare periodic sales reports for management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales in professional services, accounting, or business setup (minimum 2 years)
  • Strong understanding of UAE business environment, regulatory landscape, and licensing procedures
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in preparing presentations, proposals, and documentation
  • Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
