Job description

Key Responsibilities: • Support end-to-end recruitment activities: job postings, screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation. • Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new employees on site. • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and project tracking tools. • Assist in handling employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures. • Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for accurate timekeeping, allowances, and benefits administration. • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies. • Work closely with site management to understand manpower requirements and mobilization schedules. • Track and report key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, headcount). • Support visa, work permit, and medical insurance processes in collaboration with PROs and admin teams. • Assist in organizing training programs and maintaining training records. • Support performance appraisal and employee feedback processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in oil & gas or construction sectors. • Familiarity with UAE labor regulations and visa procedures • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment. • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
