Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Director - Business Development (Defence & Aviation) for their client, a US-based Defense and Aviation company headquartered in Abu Dhabi and a leading name in the industry since 1990. The client specializes in:

1. Aviation: Aircraft readiness, maintenance, modifications, and upgrades for rotary-wing aircraft.
2. Defense: Proficiency in air defense technologies, procurement, maintenance planning, total life cycle support, integrated logistics support, and spare parts management.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in a senior sales and business development role within a reputed defense and aviation company in UAE or the GCC. Candidates must have experience in top-level business development and consultancy sales with a proven track record of winning large aviation and defense contracts in the region.
