Ferox Partners is hiring on behalf of a forward-thinking organisation in Dubai, seeking a dynamic People and Performance Advisor to drive innovation in HR, support leadership impact, and foster a thriving company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Streamline and digitise HR operations to enhance the employee lifecycle.
  2. Build HR dashboards and analyse metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  3. Support employee experience from onboarding to engagement initiatives.
  4. Guide leaders on people matters and support cultural and DEI programs.
  5. Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws while introducing progressive practices.
  6. Partner with finance to tailor benefits and reward programs.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field (CIPD/SHRM a plus).
  2. 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 in an advisory or leadership role.
  3. Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and multicultural team dynamics.
  4. Creative, data-driven, and passionate about people-first leadership.
  5. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
