Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Setup Advisor to guide potential clients through the process of setting up their businesses in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and an in-depth understanding of UAE company formation across mainland, free zones, and offshore jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Consultation:
  • Handle incoming leads and inquiries, understand client requirements, and provide tailored business setup solutions.
  • Business Formation Expertise:
  • Advise clients on suitable jurisdictions (mainland, free zone, offshore), legal structures, and licensing options in alignment with their goals.
  • Sales & Lead Conversion:
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead engagement to deal closure. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and continuous support during and after setup.
  • Market & Product Knowledge:
  • Stay updated with the latest company formation laws, government regulations, and free zone offerings to ensure accurate and timely advice to clients.
  • Multilingual Communication:
  • Communicate fluently in English and Hindi/Urdu. Additional languages (e.g., Arabic, French) will be considered a strong advantage.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 23 years of proven experience in UAE business setup consultancy or a related industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE company formation across free zones, offshore, and mainland.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A highly motivated self-starter with a passion for closing deals and achieving targets.
  • Ability to handle multiple client cases and deliver solutions under tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
