Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients for SaaS products such as applications, websites, and digital marketing services.
  • Identify potential leads, conduct market research, and build a pipeline of opportunities in the Middle East, South Asia, and other regions as required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, clients, and partners to achieve sales targets.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to deliver tailored SaaS solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align sales efforts with product offerings.
  • Lead negotiations, create proposals, and close deals that meet revenue goals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry best practices to optimize the sales process.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Represent the company in conferences, trade shows, and industry events to increase brand awareness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management in the SaaS industry, with a focus on apps, websites, and digital marketing services.
  • Fluency in English, Arabic, and Hindi (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales management software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in working with clients in the Middle East, South Asia, and international markets.
  • Strong network of contacts within the target industries.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
