Our team in the UAE is growing rapidly, and we are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Key Account Manager based in Sharjah, UAE, to handle Service Sales within the Sharjah & Northern Emirates region. In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and customers that are strategic or nationally/locally important. You will proactively identify solutions that add value to our strategic customers and major projects, build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to retain current maintenance contracts, and proactively generate new opportunities both within and outside our current customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Proactively develop and nurture customer relationships within your area of responsibility.
  2. Ensure customer satisfaction and address complaints collaboratively with the KONE team.
  3. Document and maintain customer and contact information accurately.
  4. Manage leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet sales targets, including generating opportunities beyond the current customer base.
  5. Identify customer needs and match KONE’s solutions accordingly.
  6. Use approved tendering tools for pricing.
  7. Ensure contracts align with negotiation outcomes.
  8. Keep CRM data current with opportunities, tasks, and visits.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Complex Sales Process Management, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
  • Experience managing key accounts and major projects is essential.
  • Experience working within industries involving developers, main contractors, and consultants.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs effectively.
  • Strong passion for sales with a proven track record and customer focus.
  • Futuristic mindset and enthusiasm for new technologies and digitalization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
  • Prior experience in the UAE market is preferred and will be prioritized.
