Job Title: Marketing Coordinator - GCC Fashion Brands

Job Overview

This role is instrumental in supporting the local implementation of 360 marketing strategies and assisting in the expansion of our fashion brands across the GCC. You will collaborate with both local and global teams, as well as external partners, to ensure cohesive and impactful brand communication in the region across multiple touchpoints including PR/influencer marketing, event management, paid media (offline), and CRM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of 360 marketing strategies tailored to the GCC, aligned with global brand guidelines.
  • Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns, seasonal launches, events, and activations including pop-ups and private appointments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams (PR, media, digital, retail) to localize and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Support CRM initiatives, including gifting, communications, and events, to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Help manage paid media campaigns across offline and online channels in partnership with internal media and global teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance, support budget tracking, expense management, and prepare post-campaign reports, presentations, and market research.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within fashion, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the GCC market and local consumer behavior.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong eye for detail, brand aesthetics, and storytelling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
