Job Description

The Project Manager - Aluminum & Façade is responsible for overseeing all aspects of aluminum and façade projects from conception to completion. This role entails meticulous planning, execution, and finalization of projects, while ensuring they remain within scope, schedule, and budget. The project manager will work closely with architects, clients, engineers, and manufacturers, ensuring that the highest standards of workmanship and performance are delivered. A strong emphasis is placed on safety standards, quality assurance, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical expertise in aluminum and façade systems, excellent leadership capabilities, and strong communication skills to lead cross-functional teams effectively. This challenging yet rewarding role requires problem-solving acumen, strategic vision for innovative solutions, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement in project management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of aluminum and façade projects from start to finish.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support strategic business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including architects and engineers.
• Monitor project progress to ensure it stays on schedule and within budget.
• Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies proactively.
• Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders, fostering collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and third-party guidelines throughout projects.
• Oversee the quality control process to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Prepare project status reports and update stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage client expectations and address project-related queries effectively.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors effectively.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field required.
• Proven experience in managing façade and aluminum construction projects is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large cross-functional teams.
• Excellent project management skills, including project planning and risk management.
• Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure project success.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines consistently.
