A highly motivated Sales Engineer/Manager with a strong background in skid manufacturing and proven experience in the oil and gas sector, particularly within the Middle East market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, generating enquiries, targeting upcoming projects, and driving revenue growth. This role involves frequent travel, client meetings, and maintaining strong relationships with major clients such as Aramco, ADNOC, PDO, and KOC. The candidate should possess strong B2B sales, negotiation, and technical selling skills along with market intelligence capabilities and ERP proficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the oil and gas sector, focusing on modular wellsite packages.
  2. Technical Expertise: Act as the technical advisor to clients, explaining product features, benefits, and applications.
  3. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including engineers, project managers, and procurement teams.
  4. Custom Solutions: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop customized solutions that meet client specifications.
  5. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  6. Proposal Development: Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and sales contracts.
  7. Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals while ensuring profitability.
  8. After-Sales Support: Work with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  9. Travel: Visit clients, attend industry events, and represent the company in the GCC and globally.
