An established industry player is seeking a dynamic sales professional with extensive welding expertise. This role involves conducting customer demos, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in welding or selling welding equipment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for preparing regular reports on sales activities while staying informed about industry trends. - Welding Expertise and Product Understanding for conducting customer demos with End-users.
- Good presentation and demo skills.
- Drive sales growth, build relationships with clients, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics weekly.
- Identify potential accounts beyond the list provided by the client.
- Conduct at least 5 self-initiated demos per week, beyond channel/client leads.
- Upselling and strong persuasion abilities.
- Ability to identify the correct target customers.
- Follow all safety precautions and protocols, including wearing appropriate PPE during demonstrations.
- Maintain samples in a clean and presentable format, and change or clean spares as required before demonstrations.
- Welding Expertise: 5+ years of welding experience or selling welding equipment.
- Welding certification preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- English speaking preferred.
- Valid driving license is a must.
