Job description
- Greet members and guests with a smile, provide accurate information on club policies, membership, and events.
- Maintain professional appearance, conduct, and hygiene, ensuring staff adhere to the same standards.
- Familiarize and address members by name, enhancing personalized service.
- Handle guest appointments, direct visitors, and manage messages for management efficiently.
- Maintain sufficient supplies at the reception, including brochures and membership forms.
- Address and report guest complaints courteously, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
- Manage reservations and cancellations, ensuring callers are informed of policies and details.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception area, liaising with housekeeping as needed.
- Collect payments when Accounts is unavailable and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Support co-receptionists, handle lost-and-found items, and follow up on borrowed items.
