We are a leading conglomerate based in Dubai, seeking an exceptional Office Manager to the CEO, a trusted professional who will serve as the nerve center of executive operations. You’ll be the CEO’s right hand in ensuring smooth internal workflows, managing key administrative functions, and helping shape a productive, professional environment. Key Objectives of the Role

  • Act as a primary point of contact for the CEO’s office.
  • Greet and manage office visitors in a warm, professional manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Support smooth daily operations and anticipate potential disruptions by applying proactive measures.
  • Develop and implement internal office procedures, assess their effectiveness, and refine them for better efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to maintain seamless operational support.
  • Serve as the go-to person for office-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain an organized and productive office space by managing common areas, streamlining workflows, handling communication, overseeing filing systems, and ensuring availability of supplies and equipment.
  • Take ownership of front office functions, providing a professional point of contact and updating leadership regularly with activity and performance reports.
  • Deliver executive-level administrative assistance including calendar management, travel bookings, meeting arrangements, recordkeeping, courier handling, and database updates.
  • Ensure smooth operation of office equipment, coordinate procurement needs, manage supplier relationships, and arrange catering when required.
  • Oversee space planning and workplace setup including seating arrangements, relocations, and workstation updates; serve as a solutions provider for any workspace queries.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Prior experience supporting C-level executives.
  • Proven ability to develop and refine internal administrative systems.
  • Advanced proficiency with office technologies and online collaboration platforms.
  • A reputation for discretion, loyalty, and high professional standards.
