Job Responsibilities
- Provide end user support onsite or remote.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Windows 10 & 11 operating systems.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Windows Server.
- Basic understanding of Linux operating systems.
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of RAID configurations.
- Knowledge of Windows Server Clustering.
- Troubleshoot IOS and MAC systems.
- Handle installation and troubleshooting of MS Office products.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Outlook Email issues.
- Knowledge and experience with O Management Portal, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Experience with Email Hosting Migrations and DNS Management.
- Knowledge of MS Azure, MS Intune, and Cloud technologies.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues and configure WiFi APs.
- Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot various printers.
- Configure email accounts and Outlook on PCs and mobile devices.
- Knowledge of Backup Technologies such as Veeam Backup, Cloud Backup, and Acronis.
- Understanding of Windows Servers, ESXi, Hyper-V virtualization.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, GPO, DHCP, DNS record updates.
- Knowledge of Firewalls (FortiGate, SonicWall, Sophos), Firewall Policies, VPN Tunneling, SSL VPN.
- Configure CCTV, NVR, DVR systems.
- Proactively identify and suggest improvements to procedures.
- Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled.
- Manage assets, inventory, and documentation related to IT infrastructure.
- Possess excellent attitude towards user support and strong communication skills.
