Job description

Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Developer must have at least two end-to-end implementations in Dynamics 365 CRM. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, building, and testing solutions. The Developer will be considered a product expert responsible for providing support in CRM issue escalation and resolution. This role is typically focused on customizing CRM, Power Apps, Power Pages, and integrations with other systems.

Responsibilities:
  1. The CRM Developer is responsible for the design, building, and testing of the CRM system, including development, configuring the CRM system, and setting up security and access controls.
  2. The CRM Developer will be responsible for customization, developing Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), and Power Pages portals, as well as designing and implementing integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  3. Work closely with product owners to understand business processes and tailor the CRM system to meet specific requirements.
  4. Ensure technical issues are resolved in a cost-effective, efficient, and timely manner.
  5. Prepare technical documentation on work items, including risks and issues, and actively work to mitigate and resolve risks and technical debt.
  6. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics CRM and Power Platform solutions.
  7. Stay up to date with new features and functionalities in Dynamics CRM and Power Platform.
Experience Required:
  1. Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
  2. At least 2 end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 CRM, including one online (cloud) CRM solution.
  3. Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
  4. Hands-on experience with Plugins, Custom workflow web apps, and Azure Service Bus.
  5. Core skills include Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud customizations, integrations, Plugins, Webhooks, PowerApps, PowerApps Portals, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, C#, SQL, Azure Functions, and .NET.
  6. Proficiency in related technologies such as Microsoft Flow, LogicApps, Azure Functions, Data Factory, Groups or Teams, PowerApps.
  7. Adherence to software development standards.
  8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
