Roles & Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, you will assist team managers in delivering complex accounting advisory and capital markets engagements. Responsibilities include:

  1. Paying close attention to detail, multitasking, and conducting detailed research on complex accounting issues, including preparing technical papers for senior review.
  2. Applying in-depth knowledge of IFRS to provide practical and commercial advice aligned with client objectives.
  3. Developing and maintaining professional relationships with key client staff.
  4. Managing multiple projects effectively, balancing tasks and deadlines.
  5. Supporting business development and marketing activities to grow the team’s client base.
  6. Assisting in preparing and delivering proposals for potential engagements.
  7. Building positive relationships within the internal team and with other PwC service lines such as tax, legal, and deals.

Educational Qualifications & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance.
  • Accounting certification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or similar.

Experience

  • 3-6 years of audit or relevant experience, preferably in a Big 4 firm.
  • Experience in Accounting Advisory or consulting is beneficial.
  • Experience in the GCC region is advantageous.
