We are a small company based in Al Barsha 2, currently looking for a Customer Service / Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

Requirements:

• Analyze shipping routes and methods to optimize costs and delivery times, using data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse teams to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-ups.

Details:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Salary: Depending on experience
