About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Communications Director to lead and execute the company's internal and external communications strategy. This role is critical in shaping the brand's reputation, enhancing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring clear, consistent messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a strategic communications plan aligned with business objectives.
  2. Oversee all corporate communications, media relations, and crisis management.
  3. Lead brand positioning efforts, ensuring consistency across marketing materials, digital platforms, and stakeholder engagement.
  4. Manage internal communications, ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals.
  5. Build relationships with industry bodies, media, and key stakeholders to enhance company visibility.
  6. Oversee content creation for press releases, website, social media, and internal newsletters.
  7. Manage corporate social responsibility (CSR) and community engagement initiatives.
  8. Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness, making data-driven improvements.
Key Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a senior communications role, ideally within the construction, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and collaborate cross-functionally.
