Role: Portfolio Relationship Manager - Priority Banking Division: Retail Banking
Responsibilities:
- Client/Business Acquisition: Generate new business through marketing activities, gold center contacts, and existing network. Acquire new to bank customers and identify potential expansion locations.
- Channels Cooperation and Service Delivery Management: Collaborate across channels to promote financial products remotely, ensuring smooth implementation of Priority Banking services across branches.
- Control and Risk Mitigation: Evaluate clients' risk profiles, ensure proper documentation, and make referrals based on customer needs.
- Customer Relationship and Retention: Build trust with key customers, maintain a loyal customer base, handle complaints, account closures, and gather customer feedback remotely.
- Sales and Business Growth: Increase team revenue through cross-selling and up-selling, convert inbound/outbound leads to sales.
- Credit Review and Compliance: Review credit applications, adhere to processes and procedures, and identify error trends for process improvements.
Skills and Technical Knowledge:
- University degree or recognized professional certification.
- At least three years of experience in financial analysis, markets, investment, wealth management, or financial planning.
- Detailed knowledge of ADIB's Retail Banking products & services.
- Experience in sales, product development, or wealth advisory for priority banking customers/retail HNIs.
- Knowledge of ADIB's Retail Credit & Operational Policies & Procedures.
- Understanding of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks.
- UAE Financial Rules & Regulations Certification.
- International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (Level 3).
- Good knowledge of local market competitors.
