Our Country Editors conduct hundreds of interviews a week with top decision-makers in the Middle East, Latin America, Central and Southeast Asia, Africa, and Europe.

Your Role:

We are looking for a Project Assistant to support our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will arrange interviews, manage agendas, and coordinate with corporate communications teams to gather materials for publication. You will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth communication and organization, contributing to the success of our projects and editorial processes.

Your daily responsibilities will include:
  1. Providing administrative support to teams based worldwide.
  2. Arranging interviews and managing agendas.
  3. Liaising with corporate communications teams to collect materials for interviews.
  4. Coordinating meetings and facilitating communication with executives, media agencies, and key stakeholders.
  5. Maintaining organization and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Ensuring deadlines are met by following up with internal and external contacts.
Minimum requirements:
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Professional and polished communication style.
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving abilities, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone with CEOs, media agencies, and high-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to different time zones and work under tight deadlines.
  • Goal-oriented: Monthly payment + target bonus.
