We are an ambitious, early-stage online casino and sportsbook brand preparing to launch. This is a unique opportunity to shape a brand from the ground up and deliver rapid, sustainable growth.

The Role :

We are seeking a hands-on, entrepreneurial Commercial Director to drive our market entry and rapid expansion. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing our go-to-market strategy with a focus on customer acquisition, brand positioning, and revenue growth.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is willing to roll up their sleeves to deliver results. You will need to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution to grow our footprint in a competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Launch & Growth Strategy : Develop and execute the commercial strategy for market entry, launch, and scaling.
  • Customer Acquisition : Lead initiatives to attract, convert, and retain customers via marketing, partnerships, and CRM.
  • Brand Building : Elevate the brand through creative campaigns, PR, sponsorships, and high-impact tactics.
  • Revenue Ownership : Own top-line growth, define KPIs, and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Market Intelligence : Analyze market trends, competitors, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Partnerships : Secure strategic partnerships to enhance growth and credibility.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership : Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams for market readiness.
  • Budget Management : Manage budgets to maximize ROI on initiatives.

Key Requirements :

  • Proven success in a leadership role within online casino, sportsbook, or iGaming industries, with team leadership experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with ability to identify market opportunities and develop revenue models.
  • Experience launching brands / products in new markets with rapid scaling.
  • Ability to set and achieve ambitious revenue targets with accurate forecasting.
  • Experience working with agencies to deliver projects and campaigns effectively.
  • Deep understanding of digital customer acquisition, retention, and marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on mentality, comfortable in start-up or scale-up environments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in iGaming is a plus.
