Job Purpose

In line with Emirates Group’s ambitious growth plans and global recruitment drive, we are seeking a Recruitment Partner to join our Recruitment team. This full-time, permanent position is based at our Emirates Group Headquarters in Dubai and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our global growth journey.

As our Recruitment Partner, Commercial, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of corporate and executive roles within the Emirates Group. You will use digital recruitment tools and your strong network to attract, interview, and hire high-caliber candidates. You should have experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies within an executive search firm or an in-house recruitment team. This role will be part of our Commercial recruitment team, managing recruitment for executive and corporate positions across various functions, including Skywards, SkyCargo, Revenue Optimisation, Retail, Contact Centres, Global Sales, Corporate Communications, Brand & Marketing, Procurement & Logistics, and Facilities.

In This Role, You Will

  1. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle to attract, engage, and secure top talent.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand department needs and goals.
  3. Promote the Emirates Group as an employer of choice.
  4. Develop strategies to attract and pipeline untapped talent, providing market analysis, offer decline rates, and salary comparisons to identify challenges and solutions.
  5. Utilise digital recruitment tools including Oracle Taleo, Avature, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HireVue.
  6. Design recruitment and selection methodologies, such as case studies, assessment centres, and digital assessments, with support from the Business Psychologist team.
  7. Develop innovative methods to attract passive candidates through your network.
  8. Manage the offer process from closing candidates to extending offers.
  9. Stay updated on recruitment trends to recommend best practices and candidate attraction strategies.
  10. Deliver a world-class candidate and stakeholder experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter within an executive search firm or in-house recruitment team.
  • Extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment of corporate or executive roles.
  • Experience with selection processes and conducting interviews using behavioural competency frameworks.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity, growth mindset, and a desire for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to build effective relationships at all levels, including senior leaders.
  • Proficiency with digital recruitment tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and adaptability to changing needs.
  • Resilience and persistence in overcoming challenges.
  • Critical thinking skills with a questioning attitude towards the status quo.
