Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
Maintain accurate records in the recruitment system.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Familiar with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems.
Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred.
