What You Will Be Doing
- The Human Resource is tasked with building and nurturing Functions within the framework and boundaries of the Banks policies as well as the overall organization and governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Process staff requests promptly and accurately using the HR Management System (HRMS).
- Maintain up-to-date records of employee transactions and updates.
- Regularly update employee records on the HRMS, including personal information and job changes.
- Assist in the preparation of warning letters and other disciplinary documents.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for disciplinary hearings in alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with investigation teams during internal inquiries or disciplinary proceedings.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth investigation processes.
- Scan, file, and organize employee documents, ensuring compliance with retention policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee records.
- Serve as the primary contact for government relations matters, handling permits, licenses, and compliance issues.
- Liaise with government agencies and ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Track temporary staff contracts and follow up for renewals or extensions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of temporary staff assignments and contract terms.
- Administer employee medical insurance benefits, processing reimbursement claims accurately.
- Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Manage an expenses tracker for HR-related expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Provide regular updates on expenditure patterns to relevant stakeholders.
- Generate and compile reports on employee details as required by regulatory authorities.
