What You’ll Do:
- Manage payments products and work closely with channel partners, including financial institutions and payment processors, to consolidate channel solutions.
- Collaborate with target users, the commercial team, and engineering teams to deliver product functionalities.
- Support go-to-market strategies by providing end-to-end product solutions.
- Act as the lead liaison for Saudi Arabia PayerMax geographies and stakeholders concerning the sale of commercial products, ensuring coordination and alignment with business objectives.
- Align market strategies with PayerMax's global and EEMEA strategies, ensuring the market receives necessary support.
- Develop and execute the product strategy for Saudi Arabia in collaboration with country management, account teams, and cross-functional teams.
- Work with your team and account teams to craft compelling customer pitches, including defining value propositions, business cases, and storylines.
- Understand merchant needs and priorities, exploring potential merchant acquiring use cases.
- Support post-launch activities, marketing campaigns, reviews, and incorporate feedback into product enhancements.
Who We Want:
- Deep knowledge of corporate products and services such as payment gateways, PTSP, online payments, digital wallets, and e-commerce.
- At least 3 years of product or risk control experience within banking card issuance, along with relevant tertiary qualifications and strong banking partnerships.
- Good understanding of the global payment ecosystem, including cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, and cash-based payment methods.
- Strong project and relationship management skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives and stakeholders across diverse environments and locations.
- Excellent analytical, teamwork, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at senior management levels in an international environment.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
