Hays are currently partner with one of the largest investment companies in the Middle East region looking for a Finance Director

Head of Budgeting will lead the budgeting process, provide cost analysis and reporting, and work closely with senior leadership to drive financial strategy. They will oversee the preparation of financial reports, ensure timely and accurate data, and streamline budgeting processes. Additionally, they will mentor a team of analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and cost optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management, ideally in a B2C environment that sells tangible products.
• Strong experience with cost analysis and reporting, with a deep understanding of financial statements and budgeting techniques.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive financial performance.
• Experience in a consumer goods or retail-focused business is a significant advantage.
• Expertise in developing and implementing financial models for cost forecasting and analysis.
• A strategic mindset with a strong focus on improving profitability through effective cost management.
