Within Mastercard's Advisors & Consulting Services, we focus on acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving digital payments. Our team combines management consulting with Mastercard’s data assets, platforms, and technologies to deliver strategic insights and recommendations across industries such as banking, retail, and restaurants.

The Strategy & Transformation team leads clients through impactful decision-making, addressing strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational challenges using a broad set of problem-solving techniques to improve strategy, performance, and operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Client Impact

• Lead client engagements across industries and problem statements
• Develop strategies and programs leveraging data and technology to unlock client value
• Manage relationships with mid to senior client stakeholders, assessing client needs and change readiness

Team Collaboration & Culture

• Lead teams to generate insights and sound recommendations; deliver impactful presentations
• Provide analytical leadership and foster a collaborative environment
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope projects and develop solutions
• Mentor and coach junior consultants

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with experience in consulting, strategy, or related fields
• Experience managing teams and client relationships
• Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Effective communication skills in English and local language
• Eligibility to work and travel as needed
