We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Marketing Manager to develop and execute trade marketing strategies in the UAE market. This role is crucial for optimizing in-store visibility, driving retail sales, and aligning brand marketing with trade channel objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and sales across retail channels.
  2. Collaborate with sales teams to create trade plans aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  3. Manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation for promotional activities.
  4. Coordinate with retailers to execute in-store displays, POS materials, and promotional campaigns.
  5. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in trade channels.
  6. Monitor and evaluate trade program performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with retail partners, distributors, and wholesalers to strengthen brand presence.
  8. Analyze sales data to measure trade activity effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  9. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all trade marketing materials and activities.
  10. Support the execution of trade promotions and events to increase product awareness and foot traffic.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in trade marketing or brand management within FMCG or retail sectors.
  3. Strong knowledge of retail marketing, POS execution, and promotional activities.
  4. Experience working with retail partners such as hypermarkets and supermarkets, as well as distributors.
  5. Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  6. Data-driven with strong analytical skills and experience with trade marketing analytics tools.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
  8. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
  9. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
