About The Role:

We're looking for a curious, multi-talented creative to join our Dubai-based team as a Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of graphic design, web design, and social media marketing. A cross-functional design enthusiast who enjoys exploring across disciplines. You'll play a key role in shaping our brand presence both online and offline, blending visual storytelling with content creation. From supporting marketing initiatives to collaborating with the wider team across departments, you'll bring energy, ideas, and execution to a wide range of creative projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design visual content for marketing materials, proposals, and social media platforms
• Create and manage content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
• Monitor social media trends, insights, and analytics to inform content strategy
• Support website design and content management (Shopify or similar platforms)
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with the design team on visual materials for client projects
• Develop presentations, mockups, and internal communications assets
• Plan and schedule content calendars for social media
• Write engaging copy for social posts, web content, and basic marketing needs

What You Bring:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar platforms
• Confidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT or image generation software
• Basic knowledge of Shopify or CMS platforms
• Strong visual sense and keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Bonus: Experience in photography, photo & video editing, branding, or UX design
