KI2511 Senior Project Manager / Project Director (m/f/d) Dubai Teilzeit / Vollzeit

Your tasks are

1. Project management and control of national and international construction and real estate projects
2. Organization structuring and coordination of planning processes taking into account costs, deadlines, and quality
3. Contract and risk management of challenging construction projects
4. Interface management between clients, investors, and users
5. Project organization and coordination

Job requirements

1. Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, architecture, or commerce
2. Approx. 27 years of professional experience, ideally in project management, project coordination, or engineering coordination
3. Excellent English language proficiency, including in business contexts; Arabic language skills are desirable
4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS Project, and/or Oracle
5. Willingness to travel and relocate internationally
