Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients such as brands, agencies, and businesses seeking digital media solutions. Develop tailored media sales strategies, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, conduct market research, and generate leads through networking and cold calls.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships, serve as the main contact for clients, provide strategic media recommendations, conduct follow-ups, and support digital media campaigns post-sale.
  • Revenue & Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets, track revenue and pipeline performance, negotiate contracts and media packages, collaborate with finance and marketing teams, and develop engaging digital campaigns.
  • Reporting & Market Analysis: Keep accurate records in CRM, provide market insights and competitor analysis, and suggest sales improvements based on data insights.
