Job Description Summary

The Sales Enablement Leader International will play a pivotal role in driving service-sales-team productivity and efficiency through the strategic management of GE Healthcare core used software platforms, Salesforce.com (SFDC) ecosystem incl. Apttus, ServiceMax. The Sales Enablement Leader will ensure that our sales operations are streamlined and aligned with company objectives, fostering growth and success.

Job Location: This position is not full remote but open to all employees with the right qualifications based in any GE HealthCare International Offices.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Finalize the deployment of Apttus for MSA in International.
  2. Lead the transformation of the Salesforce.com ecosystem and drive alignment in tool-usage and overall tool-based processes in International.
  3. Enable AI (Artificial Intelligence) features to streamline commercial processes and data analytics.
  4. Build a short-, mid-, and long-term roadmap and request and manage budget.
  5. Implement key global strategies.
  6. Re-think mobile usage of Salesforce.com ecosystem for Service-Sales and Field Service users, deploy existing Apps like iQuote.
  7. Oversee and manage the daily operations of SFDC and Apttus, ensuring these platforms are optimized to meet the needs of the sales team.
  8. Implement and maintain automated processes within SFDC and Apttus to enhance sales efficiency and accuracy.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve the use of SFDC and Apttus to ensure they are leveraged to their full potential.
  10. Develop and implement best practices and training programs to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
  11. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within SFDC and Apttus, enabling reliable reporting and analytics.
  12. Generate and analyze reports to provide insights and recommendations for sales strategy and performance improvement.
  13. Collaborate with Users and Stakeholders of the SFDC ecosystem and IT teams to align functionalities with business goals.
  14. Serve as the primary point of contact for all SFDC and Apttus-related enhancement requests and projects.
  15. Lead and execute technical projects related to SFDC and Apttus, from requirement gathering to deployment.
  16. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Required Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in managing SFDC and Apttus within sales/service environment.
  2. Strong understanding of Service but also (Service-) Sales processes and how to optimize them using technology.
  3. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  5. Bachelor's Degree.
  6. Ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management team.
