Job Description

What You Will Do:

Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Lead, train, and mentor bartenders and bar staff to maintain high-quality service.

Develop and maintain an innovative and well-balanced beverage menu.

Manage inventory, order supplies, and control stock to minimize waste and costs.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.

Monitor bar performance, analyze sales trends, and implement strategies to boost revenue.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.

Work closely with restaurant management and kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations.

Organize and oversee special events, promotions, and cocktail masterclasses.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
