Overall Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall business outcome, overseeing the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS), and ensuring business growth, profitability, and the company's future image.

Execute the Business Strategy to achieve the company's objectives, vision, and mission both annually and long-term.

Professionalism and Quality Policies

Maintain a professional and thorough approach in all responsibilities.

Define the Quality Policy through a well-established QMS, with regular review and updates.

Quality Objectives and Planning

Review and approve quality objectives and the quality business plan.

Ensure quality objectives are reviewed professionally and in a timely manner.

Leadership and Appointments

Appoint first-level staff with clear Job Descriptions (JDs) and responsibilities.

Appoint Chief Financial Controller and Chief Accountant, ensuring clear JDs and responsibilities.

Appoint General Managers/Division Managers and review their management of business functions.

Business Performance

Ensure business profitability and objectives are met promptly.

Maintain the effectiveness and profitability of the business, with clear identification and timely achievement of profitability targets.

Negotiations and Business Development

Provide leadership and coordinate negotiations with potential clients to secure new contracts, deliver commitments, and ensure profitability.

Achieve business plans and targets set by the board annually, with professional, thorough, and timely coordination.
