Position Title: Learning & Development Officer Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A leading UAE firm shaping urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail, and transportation. Job Description: • Identify skill gaps through job analysis, performance appraisals, and collaboration with department heads to develop targeted training strategies with hotel standards. • Create and facilitate engaging training programs, onboarding, and workshops for all departments, while coordinating external certifications when needed. • Monitor training effectiveness, maintain development records, and implement improvements to ensure continuous staff growth and performance enhancement. • Align training initiatives with HR strategies, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and foster a culture of continuous learning and service excellence.

• Female, 45 years old and below • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Hospitality Management, or related field • Minimum 3 years of experience of L&D Officer preferably in hospitality industry • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication abilities, with a solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and other training technologies is an advantage.
