Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in driving growth through partnerships, enhancing product value, and ensuring the successful execution of collaborative initiatives across the GCC region.
The Role:
- Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
- Provide concise status updates and progress reports for senior management's visibility on partnership performance and initiatives.
- Identify, engage, and acquire high-value partners to drive integration, sales growth, and product value enhancement.
- Lead and finalize commercial negotiations with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements aligned with company goals.
- Work closely with the sales teams to prioritize and acquire high-value partners.
- Engage with shortlisted partners to build integration and/or commercial relationships.
- Nurture and manage existing reseller and partner relationships to boost revenue flow.
- Collaborate with country sales teams to drive revenue through new client acquisition and partner-driven opportunities.
- Drive the execution of cross-functional initiatives across marketing, sales operations, account management, and training teams to support partner KPIs.
- Develop and maintain value propositions and training materials for new partners to ensure alignment with monthly targets.
- Monitor and ensure partners fulfill contractual obligations and adhere to quality standards.
- Represent the company at relevant industry events to enhance market visibility, build relationships, and attract key advocates.
The Profile:
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or sales within the technology or F&B industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and nurture long-term relationships with partners.
- Familiarity with the GCC market and a strong network within the region is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and training teams.
