Job Purpose
Acts as Air Arabia’s ambassador; strives to achieve customer loyalty and promote a positive corporate image by enhancing the overall customer experience. Provides excellent customer service to all passengers while ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the flight. Be ready and fit to operate, ensuring productivity aligns with set measures and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legality for assigned flights. Attends briefings to understand flight details, roles, targets, security checks, boarding, etc.

Safety Measures

  • Instructs passengers on safety procedures to ensure their safety and comfort.
  • Identifies safety and security risks and collaborates with the Cabin Supervisor for remedial actions per SOPs.
  • Administers first aid when necessary.
  • Reports irregularities and malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain as appropriate.

Customer Service

  • Welcomes passengers and assists with boarding; records necessary data in the aircraft logbook according to procedures.
  • Provides excellent service by attending to passenger requests and needs.
  • Assists passengers in stress or difficulty situations following policies and procedures.
  • Promotes onboard revenue and charity programs, achieving individual and team targets.
  • Handles cash and credit card payments securely.

Pre-flight and Post-flight Checks

  • Performs pre-flight checks on supplies and equipment; reports deficiencies.
  • Ensures cleanliness and re-catering at transit stations.
  • Coordinates with catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff for handovers.
  • Completes post-flight reports and assessments, reports problems, and maintains safety standards.

Requirements

  • Age: 20-33 years
  • Height: 160 cm (Female), 170 cm (Male)
  • Proportionate weight, clear skin without visible tattoos while in uniform
  • Medically/Physically fit; able to swim with aid

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; travel/tourism diploma is a plus.
  • First Aid, Safety, Emergency Procedures training is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Experience

  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in airlines, aviation, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Active cabin crew license is an advantage.
  • Flexible with shifts and extended hours.
  • Adaptable to change and busy schedules.
  • Ability to meet policies, procedures, and KPIs.
