Job Title:

TIBCO Architect / Project Lead / Technical Architect / Senior Developer

Job Locations:

• Dubai - UAE
• Riyadh - Saudi Arabia
• Doha - Qatar

Monthly Salary:

AED 10,000 to AED 15,000 [Depending on Experience]

Experience Level Needed:

7 Years or above

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver TIBCO-based integration projects successfully across multiple regions.
• Ensure delivery milestones and SLAs are met as per the project plan.
• Manage client communication, stakeholder alignment, and resource planning.
• Identify new business opportunities in the integration services vertical.
• Prepare and respond to RFPs, proposals, bids in BFSI and other domains.
• Recruit and onboard suitable candidates for integration projects.
• Work with distributed teams across geographies (onsite/offshore).
• Occasionally travel to client sites or global delivery centers as required.
• Able to face the client.
